Call Recording

Park Medical Centre records all calls inbound and outbound for training and monitoring purposes.

It is a common practice used for training, quality assurance, legal compliance, or customer service.  Our recordings involve individuals in the European Union and the European Economic Area, so the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies.

Only senior members of staff can access recordings and you can see via the privacy policy how your information is stored and how long it is stored for.
