Missed NHS appointments, also known as "Did Not Attends" (DNAs) or "Was Not Brought" (WNBs), are a significant issue for the NHS, costing resources and potentially delaying patient care. If you miss a scheduled NHS appointment, you may receive a letter explaining the impact of missed appointments and the cost to the NHS. Regularly missing appointments could lead to a loss of referrals and the need to re-book.
Please ensure you let us know if you are unable to attend you appointment.
