Ordering and Collecting Repeat Prescriptions

pill_spill2 If you continuously or regularly need medication, a ‘repeat request slip’ will be generated by the computer each time an item is repeated. This slip must accompany each request to ensure that the correct medication is prescribed, so telephone requests will not be accepted. If the repeat slip is mislaid, please submit a written request for the items required. If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope, your prescription will be returned to you. Otherwise the request can be dropped in at the surgery or faxed on 317257, allowing at least 2 working days from the time the request reaches the surgery to collection.

If you wish, you may use the online form to order your repeat prescriptions. Please make sure you enter the drug name EXACTLY as shown on the right hand tear-off slip from your original prescription. Please also make sure you choose (from the drop-down list provided) whether you'd like to collect your prescription from the surgery or from your usual pharmacist. ONCE YOU'VE CHOSEN A PHARMACY, WE'LL SEND ALL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS THERE UNLESS YOU TELL US DIFFERENTLY so please make sure to keep us informed of any revised instructions.
